TRUE AUAHATANGA - Creativity Mala

Creativity - Creativity is the means by which we connect – to our higher self, to our sub conscious – to the Universe. Creativity can enter every aspect of your life and become how you engage with every encounter and task - no matter how mundane. There is the opportunity to turn the ordinary into the ‘not-so’ ordinary and maybe even the extraordinary at every turn.

This TRUE AUAHATANGA Sodalite Mala can help support your intention to foster more joyful creativity in all aspects of your life. AUAHATANGA is the Maori word for creativity and this mala draws on those energies. Work with it to deepen your meditation and yoga practices.

Sodalite has a strong vibration that draws one to the qualities of idealism and truth. It is called the ‘Poet’s Stone’ as it has strong metaphysical properties that stimulate latent creative abilities. It encourages you to live up to your own ideals and ideas and is particularly helpful in aiding the development of psychic abilities and intuition.

Lapis Lazuli is a stone of communication that can bring truthfulness, openness, and mental clarity – creating a connection between the physical and celestial planes and connecting the wearer to a higher truth. It helps to foster verbal expression, opening and balancing the Throat Chakra.

Koru is an unfurling spiral. It is often used in Māori art as a symbol of creation, is based on the shape of an unfurling fern frond. Its circular shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement, and its inward coil suggests a return to the point of origin. The koru therefore symbolises the way in which life both changes and stays the same - the endless energy of creation...
