Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase (unless there are statutory holidays during that time). We use postal services for shipping and can provide tracking where requested.

* NOTE: During the Level 3 restrictions in Auckland (and Level 2 for the rest of NZ) we cannot guarantee that items will arrive in the expected timeframe. We will promise to post them within 1-2 days of receipt of order, but NZPost are communicating that volumes are making their delivery times longer than published.

Please also note that we do NOT sell or ship Hard tail clothing outside New Zealand - thanks.

Within New Zealand:

  • We will provide FREE Standard untracked shipping on all orders over $200.
  • Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $200. 

To Australia, the US and Canada:

  • We will quote estimated delivery times as specified by NZ Post, but cannot guarantee these times.
  • International shipping rates will apply.
  • International shipments may incur additional taxes/duties/import charges/brokerage fees upon arrival over your package. This is dependent on the destination country and cannot be controlled by Pranachic. The purchaser is responsible for any charges imposed by the destination country.

Shipping & Delivery

The risk for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you, the purchaser, at the time the merchandise is delivered to the respective Postal Service. We will endeavor to assist with claims for lost or stolen items from the respective postal service. Claims for lost or stolen merchandise will ONLY be accepted if a tracking number is provided. If you have chosen a non-tracked shipping option, we are sorry, but we cannot be responsible or be of assistance in claiming for any lost or stolen items.  

Please note: The delivery estimates given are supplied by NZ Post and deemed their best intentions - not a guarantee. In NZ, with the alternate day delivery of post, you need to allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive - especially if the item is intended as a gift. Thanks

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to and receive a refund, the cost of any necessary return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
