Stackables bracelets are gemstone based bracelets that you can wear individually - or stack up as many as you like to create your own unique statement. Reflect your intention, tell a story, or just have fun - the combinations are endless. Stackables are strung on a strong elastic cord.
The 'Yin Yang Collection' is a range of stackable bracelets focused on the energies of the Yin Yang, the philosophical belief that everything is cyclical and constant and composed of opposing forces. The dark represents the feminine, the light represents the masculine and together they create harmony and balance in the Universe - and you.
This Day Follows Night Yin Yang stackable bracelet is made with Rutilated Quartz and Pyrite gemstones, Lava stone beads and Rudraksha seeds (8mm) and embellished with opposing colored Yin/Yang tassels of black and vanilla. The stones and beads carry the opposing energies of masculine and feminine and combine to create harmony and balance.

Rutilated Quartz is an energizing stone that gets energy moving on all levels. It is especially good with unblocking chakras. It can assist with mental focus and help attract love and stabilize relationships.
Pyrite is a powerful protection stone and a grounding stone. It protects and shields the physical, emotional and subtle energies against all forms of negative vibrations working on the physical, etheric and emotional levels. It is also a stone or enhancing psychic abilities.
Lava stone is a grounding stone that strengthens our connection to Mother Earth. It gives strength and courage, encouraging stability through times of change. Lava stone brings guidance and understanding in situations that challenge us and helps us to recover more quickly.
Rudraksha seeds have strong positive vibrational energies and strong spiritual and healing properties. According to the ancient Vedic scriptures, they were formed from the tears (Aksha) of Lord Shiva (Rudra). They have been used traditionally by most Eastern religions for controlling stress, inducing general healing and well-being, meditation, and engendering positive changes. Rudraksha seeds bring a deep tranquility and concentration, making them ideal for meditation. They also enhance the flow of Chi in the body and help to balance yin & yang energies.
The Yin / Yang: Is the Tao concept that two halves together complete wholeness. The word Yin means “shady side”, encompassing passivity, femininity, dark and night. Yang means “sunny side” and encompasses activity, positivity, masculinity, day and light. In human terms that translates to dark being passive, intuitive, creative, cool and light being hot, active, logical and expanding. Balancing these energies is key to bringing the duality of Yin/Yang to form the whole and thus creating harmony and balance in the Universe and reminding us of the need for balance and harmony in our world, our lives, ourselves.
The black and vanilla colored tassels symbolize the Yin and Yang energies in the body.

Pranachic bracelets* come in three sizes: S, M, L, which measure approximately:
- Small (S): 6 - 6.25 inches (15-15.5cm) around
- Medium (M): 6.5 - 6.75 inches (16.5-17cm) around
- Large (L): 7 - 7.25 (17.5-18cm) inches around
These are internal measurements - as best as we can measure them. Measure your wrist at the area you wear your bracelet. This should correspond approximately to one of these.
When choosing a size, keep in mind:
- The bracelet must stretch over your hand - stressing an elastic too far will mean it will break.
- If you want to layer, go a size up - as the bracelets will not all be on the smallest part of your wrist, and you will want them to 'sit' on each other.
- Don't size too small, as it is uncomfortable wearing a bracelet that binds at the wrist - which moves and flexes a lot during the day.
* Pratinus Bracelet Malas are the exception - as they have fit all sizes, with their swivel clasp closures.
