Self Discovery -  Focusing on your finding your true self and living in alignment with it - is the essence of conscious living. The journey to self-discovery is a journey that begins within – and ends up as an expression in the world. Gaining an understanding of what you care about, value and what makes your heart sing is key to getting in touch with your soul’s purpose. Meditation is the best means to quiet your mind and give yourself the time and space to align with your higher true self. This will give you insight into who you really are, what you want, what you are about and are grateful for - and what your purpose in this life is. And you will be on your journey to Self Discovery...

This TRUE SELF Dalmation Jasper Mala can help support your intention to journey within yourself to find greater meaning and purpose in your life - and connect to who you truly are.  Work with it to deepen your meditation and yoga practices.

Black Agate gives courage, emotional strength, self-confidence, and dispels fears. It is a protective stone that assists with the acceptance of all things.

Nepalese Buddha Face: The image depicted on the guru bead is called Buddha Eyes, or Wisdom Eyes - an image painted on Buddhist shrines in Nepal. The eyes of Buddha look out in the four directions to symbolize his omniscience or all-seeing nature. Between the Buddha's eyes, where the nose and mouth would be, is a symbol that looks like question mark. This is the Nepali character for the number 1 which symbolizes unity of all things and a way to reach enlightenment - through the Buddha's teachings. On the forehead is a symbol that looks like a reveresed question mark. This is a third eye, symbolizing the all-seeing wisdom of the Buddha. In Buddhism, the third eye refers to the Eye of Higher Consciousness which asks followers to see the world with their minds, not their physical senses.
