Strength - There will be times in your life when you’re thrown off balance; where nothing seems to be going right, where tragedy strikes and you’re left to pick up the pieces. There will also be times when you're challenged - to step beyond the known and certain to the unknown and frightening. These are the times you need to call upon inner strength. Inner strength isn’t something you can just stumble upon. It grows within you, with time and patience and under the right circumstances. It allows you to face your fears and stand up to anything in your way, even if that is yourself.

This TRUE GRACE Garnet Mala can help support your intention for gaining Inner Strength in a time of difficulty or adversity.  Work with it to deepen your meditation and yoga practices.

Garnet is a stone for cleansing and re-energizing the chakras.  It balances energy, purifies and revitalizes.  A base chakra stone; Garnet activates and strengthens the survival instinct, bringing courage and hope. It grounds spirit energy within the body and bestows self-confidence.

Nepalese Buddha Face: The image depicted on the guru bead is called Buddha Eyes, or Wisdom Eyes - an image painted on Buddhist shrines in Nepal. The eyes of Buddha look out in the four directions to symbolize his omniscience or all-seeing nature. Between the Buddha's eyes, where the nose and mouth would be, is a symbol that looks like question mark. This is the Nepali character for the number 1 which symbolizes unity of all things and a way to reach enlightenment - through the Buddha's teachings. On the forehead is a symbol that looks like a reveresed question mark. This is a third eye, symbolizing the all-seeing wisdom of the Buddha. In Buddhism, the third eye refers to the Eye of Higher Consciousness which asks followers to see the world with their minds, not their physical senses.
